About the Role…

We’re looking for an individual who is passionate about customer service and is keen to work in a newly refurbished pub which has a great reputation in the local and business community that surrounds it.

The Parsons Collar Bar and Kitchen has just re-opened, after a major refurbishment which has incorporated innovate and new concepts.  We require a Bar Supervisor to help lead and train our team members to deliver the high standards of hospitality that we want to give to each and every person that comes through the door.

In addition to the pub, our 54 bedroomed Lodge Hotel will open in July, and will sit adjacent to The Parsons Collar.

We also cater for a large number of guests who come to stay at the Solent Hotel & Spa which sits adjacent to the pub and use the Parsons Collars facilities.

We are looking for a person who has passion and knowledge for great hospitality who can share their enthusiasm with the team.   You will need to be experienced in running shifts and offering craftsmanship and quality to motivate the team.

The pub till system is Micros so previous experience working on this would be a great advantage. 

Our Parsons Collar Management team would be on hand to offer full support and development at every stage of your induction and further career.
