FT3080 - Multi Skilled Engineer
FINTEC recruit is seeking a Multi Skilled Engineer (Water & Plumbing bias) for our client who is a national Facilities Management business operating across the UK. This role is a permanent position and based in Central London. Base salary £35,500, plus benefits, bonus. The role is a static position working Monday to Friday Days between the hours of 8am and 5pm with overtime for Weekends available.
Responsibilities:
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on a variety of commercial units and required to carry out a variety of Mechanical, Air Conditioning, Basic Plumbing and Fabric works
- Install new plant and equipment when required
- Diagnose and repair faults on systems and plant
- Be proactive in reporting faults to equipment, buildings and fittings
- Good customer service skills
Skills and Experience required:
- Relevant NVQ Level 3 - Mechanical
- Previous experience in a similar building services/facilities management environment would be advantageous
- Knowledge of BMS, UPS, AHU and HVAC Systems
