The Position

We are currently expanding our site services team and are therefore looking to recruit an experienced Test and Inspection Electrician for new and existing work. The role will involve Electrical Testing of electrical site service including 400/230v & 110v power and lighting within construction sites and office/welfare facilities.

Electrician duties include;

• Electrical testing of Site, Office and Welfare to include:-
• SWA cabling and industrial switchgear
• 10kva site transformers and 110v power and lighting
• Power supplies to Tower cranes and Hoists
• Emergency lighting and controls and evacuation/fire alarms
• Alterations, repairs and maintenance
• PAT testing of 110v and 230v appliances
• Testing and certification
• Training and supervision of apprentices
• Must be able to travel to various sites across London

The Person

It is important that the successful Electrician has good experience and working knowledge of;

• City & Guilds 2330/2360 part 2&3 or equivalent
• Completed Apprenticeship and AM2
• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
• C&G 2391 or 2394/95 Testing and Inspection
• ECS/CSCS card
• Previous Industrial/commercial electrical works or site services experience
• SSSTS or SMSTS
