Our client is seeking a well presented and enthusiastic candidate to work as part of their busy team.
Responsibilities to include:
- Taking incoming calls and dealing with enquires
- Opening and organising post
- End of day banking
- Going to the bank
- Handling customer service requests
- Offering resolutions to customers, e.g discounts, repair
- Entering data and issues return authorisations and replacement orders
- Requesting/organising spare requests
- Providing customers with product information
- Various other admin tasks as necessary
