Due to substantial growth they are now looking to appoint a permanent Credit Controller to join their team on a full-time basis. Our client is a global marketing services provider delivering innovative, integrated marketing solutions to leading clients around the world!

Our client is currently working with some of the worlds biggest brands! They are now looking for a self motivated and experienced Credit Controller to join their small but friendly Credit Control team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career as a Credit Controller. As part of this busy role you will be expected to:

• Proactively case customer debt
• Ensure your portfolio of clients remain within payment terms and invoices are paid on time
• Hold responsibility and accountability for the progressing of queries to resolution
• Provide weekly reporting of key issues and Cash flow forecasting
• Collaborate with the Billing Team for prompt raising of credit notes in line with company procedure
• Provide /request support of operations teams where necessary, to resolve invoicing issues
• Support the Billing and Credit Control Manager in process development and improvement
• Proactively reduce aged debt
• Provide on-going support on payment queries and ensure relevant operations teams assist in driving resolution
• Liaise and develop relationships with customers both internal and external in written and verbal form
• Produce weekly cash forecasts

The ideal candidate for this position will have:

• Worked as a Credit Controller previously
• Strong excel capabilities
• Worked on international accounts
• Have knowledge of JDE (Ideally)
• Be pro-active and a team player
