Our client a successful growing organisation are looking to recruit an Account Manager to their small driven team.
Reporting to the Head of Account Management, within a team of 5 employees, our Account Managers are dedicated to supplying excellent customer service to existing clients with the opportunity to sell and upsell products. It is within the remit of our Account Managers to deal incoming queries from customers, their drivers and suppliers. Excellent communication
must be maintained at every level to ensure that the customers experience is of high standard, while ensuring we recognise and take full advantage of all sales opportunities within set SLA's.

Responsibilities
*Generate sales for a portfolio of accounts and reach the company's sales target
*Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts to remain a client-account manager relationship by up-selling and cross-selling.
*Manage and solve conflicts with clients
*Interact and coordinate with the sales team, admin and support teams along with other staff members in other departments working on the same account
*Establish budgets with the client and company
*Meet time deadlines for accounts

Skills/experience
*Attention to detail is essential to ensure that all opportunities are recognised and each customer receives a level of customer service unique to them.
*Organisational Skills are extremely important because our Customer Services Team have many varied tasks through-out the day so the ability to organise your time and prioritise your tasks is essential to ensure all customer queries are handled within company SLAs.
*Customer Service is vital. Without the ability to provide good customer service, our vision will not be met. Our clients confidence in our service is crucial.
*Sales experience is important to ensure all sales opportunities are recognised and handled to a high standard.
*Administration experience at some level is important to ensure the basic job expectations are understood and the working environment is not unexpected.
