An exciting career opportunity to support the continued expansion and growth of the business into our new office location in Nottingham. We are seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated and results-focused brand/office manager to drive the effective and efficient running of our new office in Nottingham.

The successful candidate will be responsible for office facilities and operations, playing an active and important role in helping manage staff based in the office as the business grows. It is a vital role at the agency and requires a candidate with ambition, drive and determination. The role would suit an individual aiming to take the next step in their career, who is seeking additional responsibility and the opportunity to be more involved in expanding a business, working closely with the MD whilst having a positive level of autonomy. We require someone who wants to have a real tangible impact on a successful and developing company, a passion for working on interesting projects and who shares our vision of being a nationally recognised agency for achieving real results for renowned brands, with a first class reputation.

The role will be diverse, varied, ever-evolving and very much hands-on, with responsibility for the day to day office management whilst supporting the workload of the MD across a variety of duties and project work. You will also be the face of Clicky to clients locally, supporting the MD in establishing a strong local presence, building relationships and winning new business, whilst assisting with the development and ongoing promotion of the business in Nottingham including recruitment activity, attending/planning events and networking.

We are in need of a Clicky ambassador in the region who will take ownership of our presence and perception, with a focus on delivering above and beyond the targets set for the office.

The ideal candidate will be reliable and trustworthy as they will be provided with the opportunity to shape our offering and be in regular contact with our Directors and Senior Management Team, dealing with commercially important information.

We are looking for someone with experience in a similar role, confident in working independently and flexibly who can quickly establish a working relationship with the MD. It would be advantageous for you to have a strong network of connections in the Nottingham area.

This role will suit you if you are commercially minded, self motivated and proactive in nature with a keen interest in the digital marketing, web and advertising industry. Experience of working to deadlines and under pressure is key, as you will be working within a fast paced team. You will be able to prioritise workloads and manage numerous tasks well.

The attitude, ability, passion and fit of the candidate is our highest priority, such is the importance of the role. As such, several duties are flexible in accordance with experience. Candidates with a marketing, advertising, account management, office management or strategy background would all be considered.

Experience in preparing for and presenting in pitch meetings, proposal/strategy writing, developing a strong sales pipeline, working to targets and delivering brand marketing campaigns would also be beneficial, as would the ability and prior experience in building, managing and developing a team.

Salary is dependent on experience. Part-time or full-time hours considered.
