Senior sales negotiator

We are looking for a bright, enthusiastic person to work within a vibrant, reputable property business. The successful applicant will most likely have experience within estate agency, have the ability to think on their feet and be able to change gear and work to specific time criteria when a situation demands. An organised mind and a logical approach is required.

The job mainly involves;

Generating property valuations and appraisals

Negotiating sales

Sale progression

Making outgoing telephone calls to clients & maintaining contact

Introducing clients to properties and encouraging viewings

The ideal candidate will be:

A self-motivated team player

Well spoken, well presented, friendly and approachable
