Network Engineer

Network Engineer - GBP33,000 - Permanent - Hampshire Your new company A global IT hosting organisation who provide managed IT and hosting services are searching for a Network Engineer to support, monitor and analyse the wider network infrastructure corroborating with customers and partners across organisational functions. You will be joining a prestigious outfit known for providing their services to a wide array of customers across the globe. Your new role From the outset you will be providing support to colocation and network customers, monitoring network patterns and security issues, work with Cisco and Juniper switches and firewalls/loadbalancers. You will also be required to liaise with the network engineering team to resolve wider network issues whilst supporting both customers and internal systems. What you'll need to succeed You will have a background in network support, a strong understanding of TCP/IP, Cisco, Juniper and switches/firewalls/internet protocols. You will also demonstrate excellent analytical skills and will be able to communicate issues clearly to both customers and staff members. What you'll get in return You will receive a salary package circa GBP33,000 amongst an excellent benefits package and a consistent training and development plan.
