Concession Manager - Premium Childrenswear Brand - Rushden
My client, a Premium Childrenswear brand are looking for a confident and articulate Concession Manager to help open their new Concession based near Rushden Lakes.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is at a Supervisor or Assistant Manager level looking to take a step up and have the opportunity to run their own concession.
You will be responsible for a small team of 3 and around a GBP250K turnover within the first year. You will also have the opportunity to be able to recruit your own team and build and develop this yourself.
Rushden Lakes is a new development and format and is built close to Wellingborough and Rushden and surrounds a lake, and wildlife reserve which will form part of this development, bringing the outside in, with boating, cycling and walking the nature trails.
The role will be predominantly shop floor/front of house based. You will be managing and assisting a small team of sales associates the day to day running of the business as well as interacting with customers and providing an exceptional customer service experience.
Key requirements:
* 1-2 years assistant manager/supervisor level experience
* Extremely service focused individual
* Ability to effectively communicate across all levels of the business
* A passionate and driven individual who is eager to learn and be an ambassador for the brand
* Strong selling skills and product knowledge are essential
