Our client based near Windsor/Slough area seeking a number of PASSIONATE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVES/ADMINISTRATORS to join their rapidly expanding team.
The overall purpose of the role is to effectively communicate with customers in order to provide positive solutions.
Looking for candidates who enjoy taking ownership and accountability when making business and customer decisions
An enthusiastic and focused individual who enjoys resolving customer queries.
Takes ownership for updating customer records
Can maintain focus in a fast moving business environment.
Carry out post, email duties
To uphold and promote the customer experience framework
Experience of working within a fast paced environment with a desire to exceed expectations
To work as part of a team
Be able to deal with verbal and written instructions.
Microsoft office applications
Interpret and respond clearly and effectively to spoken requests over the phone or in writing.
The ideal candidate will come from Financial Services or a Call Centre environment.
