The Digital Development Champion will be responsible for ensuring the delivery and operation of cutting-edge digital marketing technologies and for providing the University with a distinctive and distinguished Internet presence. This will include web design and development and social media, turning the Senior Management team's vision for internet presence into reality.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be an internet expert, with a deep understanding of how websites and social media are created. You will be required to be "hands-on" as well as to guide others in utilising digital web technologies. You must be a brilliant communicator and be able to converse at all levels, talking technical website coding with a web developer as well to staff members who are not internet savvy. You will be required to manage and design multiple projects and have a good knowledge of search engine optimisation and internet practices. You will also need to be able to deal effectively with third parties, including internet design companies and web agencies.
