An amazing company has a new opening for a Software Architect.
This role is to coordinate the technical progression across multiple development teams, taking accountability for the technical direction and frequent releases.
This is NOT a role to be boxed in as a high level architect. You must be hands on and you'll conduct frequent code reviews and technically assist developers.
The company create market leading SaaS cloud based tech which is rolled out on a global level. They've got a head office in Hampshire, plus offices in New York, San Francisco and Europe.
In the past 8 years they've grown to 400 people and recently had a heavy round of venture capital investment which is helping with future growth plans.

This is a role to own and guide key aspects of their architecture, working closely with development and operations teams to evolve and improve the software in a continuous delivery environment.
You will facilitate and lead the technical product development and design to ensure the system is scalable, performant and secure
The development team follows Agile processes, using a mixture of Scrum and Kanban with iterations ranging from 2-4 weeks. TDD, Pair Programming and Continuous Integration are central to development.
In order to apply, you will be a talented and passionate Architect.
You should be skilled in applying architectural principles in an agile context. Typical skills include: evolutionary architectures, design patterns, domain driven design, microservices, REST, API Design and refactoring.
Underpinning your development will be an excellent understanding of Object Oriented Programming (OOP), SOLID coding principles and the desire to work on cutting-edge web systems.
