This is an opportunity to join an established digital video game e-commerce operation. Every day thousands of gamers trust them with their game purchases and since launching in November 2012, they have sold over 35 million games in over 200 countries. Bundle Stars is a division of a highly successful and ambitious business with a 20-year track-record of profitability.

They are seeking a highly proficient UX/UI Designer to create engaging user experiences for their customers with a strong focus on driving e-commerce conversion. Candidates must have significant experience with all facets of UX principles and processes such as journey mapping, wire framing, UI concept, prototyping, and usability analysis. Candidates must be capable of all stages of the design process, from concept through to implementation.

Candidates should have 4+ years commercial experience with the following knowledge, skills, and attributes to be successful:

- Proven track record of designing and implementing high quality UX designs
- Fluency with visual and interaction design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, Balsamiq, UX Pin, Invision or similar applications
- Ability to develop a strong understanding of their user base and creating personas, scenarios, user journeys
- Strong knowledge of usability patterns, standards, and information architecture principles
- Expert understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design
- Basic understanding of Javascript or a similar web programming language
- Excellent communication skills and able to champion their creative vision to both business stakeholders and the engineering team
- Ability to work to tight deadlines in an exciting and fast paced "startup" environment with minimal oversight
- Ability to dig in and understand complex models, business processes, and technologies
- Willingness to roll sleeves up and contribute in whatever way is needed to make sure the features you have designed reach and delight their audience

Nice to have:
- Experience within an B2C e-commerce company
- Experience of usability testing, A/B testing, etc;
- BA/BS degree in Design (e.g., interaction, graphic, visual communications, product, industrial), HCI, Computer Science, or a related field
- Familiar with Github and Google Apps.
- Interest in video games (console, mobile or preferably PC)

All candidates will be required to show a portfolio of past work. The role will be entirely office-based.
