If you feel that you can make a difference to a child’s future by being a positive role model, providing care and assisting our clinical and education teams in supporting children to recover from family breakdown, trauma and neglect then we would like to hear from you.

As a valued member of our team, you will be caring for children on a day to day basis delivering our Restorative Parenting recovery programme. You will be supporting and caring for children in a therapeutic residential care home by meeting their social, emotional, cultural and educational needs. You will also assist with the domestic duties, maintaining a safe, healthy and homely environment. Team members will receive extensive training, be supported to develop their career and learning as well as receiving competitive rates of pay.
