A Purchase Ledger Clerk is required to join a Retail Project Management & Shopfitting company based near Leighton Buzzard.
This is a full time, permanent role in an expanding business. They are looking for a purchase ledger clerk with
experience of Sage and Excel. It is important that you are accurate.
The role would involve:
- Processing purchase invoices
- Price checking
- Importing onto Sage
- Resolving supplier queries
- Verifying CIS sub contractors
- Issuing Remittance advice
- Ensuring that costs are allocated to the correct job code
You would also be required to provide temporary maternity cover from the end of September for approx 6 months.
This would include:-
- Raising Sales invoices
- Credit Control
- Issuing CIS Statements
- Reconciling Creditor Statements
Hours are Mon - Fri 9am - 5.30pm
Salary GBP18 - GBP20k depending upon experience
