We now have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Shift Manager to join our brand new Warrington branch. You will work together with the Restaurant Manager to maintain operation efficiency; which will include maximising team member coverage at all times, identifying and developing high potential employees, as well as training existing team members in order for the team to be the best of the best! 

Using your excellent organisation and motivational skills, you will conduct regular performance reviews and offer feedback, as well as offer continuous encouragement to the team to achieve targets - ultimately to ensure high standards of customer experience are maintained and exceeded at all times.

You will have previous experience in a similar role or be a senior team member looking for your next step gained within the Quick Service Restaurant industry. Also a hands on approach to floor leadership and driving sales and profitability. We are looking for an approachable and adaptable person, who is used to juggling rota’s and people to ensure we deliver the best service to our customers.
