The Opportunity

You'll work as part of an elite team acting for some of the UK's largest and best known investors, developers, funds and others active in the real estate sector. You will have the opportunity to continually develop your legal knowledge as you work on complex legal matters focussing on the due diligence critical to our clients managing the risks of their transactions.

These roles are focussed on flexibility and aim to provide a good work-life balance. Successful candidates will be home-based but will be required to come to the office on at least a monthly basis to undertake training and participate in team meetings.

Who we're looking for

To be successful in this role you will be an experienced Real Estate Lawyer with at least 6 years PQE, who has had exposure to significant levels of due diligence work and who has a solid base in transactional work.

You will have a commercial approach and strong team working skills as you will be expected to maintain effective working relationships with a range of both internal and external stakeholders. The ability to work independently and at the same time be part of a remote team is critical to these roles.

BLP prides itself on exceptional client service, therefore successful applicants will have excellent attention to detail along with great organisational skills. Ideally the successful candidate will be able to work on a full-time basis however we are open to part-time opportunities as well.
