Agile Delivery Manager - Within the Retail Space (GBP60-GBP70k) Our client is a key player within the Retail space, with technology at their core. They aim to tailor their e-commerce platform specifically to provide their customers and brand partners with the best experience. They are looking for an Agile Delivery Manager to help develop their agile team who are responsible for extending their CMS capabilities. As part of the wider platform team, the Delivery Manager will manage the team responsible for the support and development of their new CMS Solution that is based on an outsourced product. The company are known for their unique supply of both content and commerce, the Delivery Manager will be key to leading the team to ensure they continue to differentiate in this area. Required Skills: Extensive experience working with agile i.e. Scrum etc JIRA or equivalent tools Experience coaching cross functional teams Experience building self-organised teams Clear understanding of modern software development practices and techniques Demonstration of the value of delivery Applying measures to support process improvement Vast interaction with stakeholders Desirable: Delivery of solutions using Enterprise E-commerce apps Experience using Content Management Systems Experience with teams deploying application to AWS (or alternative)
