Due to our continued success, we need an experienced Internal Sales manager to join our Warrington based team. We are looking for a succesful, results driven IT Cloud sales consultant who has been managing key accounts with proven sales methodolgy understanding. You must be capable of signing new business as well as developing your existing accounts. You must be able to demonstrate the various stages of the sales process as well as recognising how to profile, prioritise accounts and spot opportunities for growth.
You should have had previous supervisor/team leader responsibility or show real management potential.
This role will suit someone who is looking for a management step up but who wants to lead from the front and drive the performance of the team through educating and inspiring them. You need to influence those around you and remain calm under pressure. You will take total ownership of the top accounts and focus on key account growth. By creating a competitive team environment, you will encourage the sales team to become consistent performers.

The position is based in our Warrington office Mon-Fri 9-5 and offers a competitive salary and uncapped bonuses.
