Head of Training

The U.K's largest and fastest growing retailer, distributor and manufacturer of e-cigarettes is searching for an inspirational leader to head up the new role of Head of the Retail Training and Personal Development.

This very exciting position requires an individual who possesses at least 5 years' experience of heading up, managing and delivering a national training and development programme including implementing a range of learning skills and sales training programmes suitable for pre-induction, refresher and advanced development, building an ethos of continual development and improvement within their business.

A natural leader who will inspire the current team of training professionals and who has the ability to organise a multi-site training resource in a rapidly expanding national business.

You will be a confident author of training manuals and interactive training sessions and have a track record of liaising with retail managers, area managers and the executive team in order to assess, report, manage, monitor and deliver the training needs of the business.

This vital position requires someone who has been there and done it, who is clearly a confident presenter with natural enthusiasm and vigour and an engaging personality, resulting in the ability to make learning enjoyable and informative.

Experience of the Vaping industry would be an advantage but not essential. However, this role will suit someone who has gained experience from a relatively technical retail sales environment and someone who has moved into training from working in retail surroundings.
