I am working on behalf of an expanding global commercial Turf Machinery Company who are looking to open their 2nd European office in Germany. This exciting role is to set up and grow the DACH/BLX dealer network and take charge of sales. You'll be linked in the HQ and the UK to help manage operations and setting up after sales/parts//services/training etc. And then to expand out across the rest of Europe France/Spain - Nordics At the moment the UK team are currently looking after the region but its time now for to find someone based in Germany to focus on the German, Austrian and Swiss (DACH) countries and also expand into the Benelux regions (Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg).The company are already well established with top class machinery, and a spotless track record in customer satisfaction. With increasing inbound enquiries there is a clear market for their products in DACH/BLX . This is a hands-on role so you will be working with the dealers, clients establishing the brand. As part of this you will be running demonstrations, organising deliveries - and working with customers around warranties / services. So mobility and flexibility are key. A passion for agricultural machinery is a essential. Confidence driving large vehicles also a big bonus.
