Our Interim Solutions team is a dedicated practice within Morgan McKinley that supports our client base with the provision of Finance Interim Managers. We are actively looking to recruit a Temporary Recruitment Consultant to join our London team.

The role sits within our successful Commerce and Industry division and works across London and the Home Counties recruiting Senior Finance mandates. The division is a well established business with preferred supplier status across major names and brands within retail, media, technology and many more.

The role will be part of a highly successful team that delivers into our prestigious client base and we are looking for individuals who are looking to join a team that is in growth mode in a full 360 role and responsible for fully managing your business area. Roles that we typically hire for are: CFO, FD, Divisional Finance Director, Group/ Divisional Financial Controller, FP&A, Projects and Finance Systems.

We deliver an entrepreneurial ethos and our proven techniques have often been adopted as industry standards, but it is the human element that sets us apart with relationships at the heart of what we do.

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate the following skills / attributes:
Proven sales or recruitment skills Experience working within FS Positive, can do attitude A commitment to team work A good sense of humour
