Trainee Foundry Worker Burton Latimer Start Rate £8.50 Plus Shift Allowance.

We are looking for Trainee Foundry Workers for immediate starts in Burton Latimer. The job involves removing metal castings / parts from a machine, trimming off excess metal and carrying out a Gauge / Quality Checks. Full training will be given. The Foundry is a hot environment.

The work is long term ongoing and can lead to a permanent contract.

You will be required to work Days, Afternoon and Nightshifts rotating.

Basic Pay Rates First 4 Weeks:

6am – 2pm      £8.50

2pm – 10pm    £9.37

10pm – 6am    £9.66

After 4 Weeks:

6am – 2pm      £8.63

2pm – 10pm    £9.50

10pm – 6am    £9.79

After 12 Weeks

6am – 2pm      £8.93

2pm – 10pm    £9.80

10pm – 6am    £10.09

Overtime is available:

Monday to Friday = Time plus third

Saturday = Time plus half

Sunday = Double Time
