We're looking for multiple Customer Service Advisors to join our out of hours telephone based claims team in the heart of Cardiff City Centre.
Based at our newly refurbished office, the position is part time, with roles ranging between 12 and 25 hours per week. The job comes with a competitive salary and great benefits. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a global organisation within the insurance sector.
As part of our front end team you'll be receiving inbound calls from policyholders, making outbound calls to customers and helping people making claims.
All of our customers are in need (some are vulnerable) so you'll need to be helpful, empathetic and reassuring. It's a satisfying job where you get to make a real difference so great customer service is extremely important.
With our expertise and the excellent training we'll provide you'll soon understand how extreme weather conditions, theft and accidents can affect people - you'll be the one helping our customers through the most difficult of times.
We're looking for someone who has:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Confident telephone manner
- Strong communication skills
- IT literacy
- Accurate keyboard skills
- Previous call centre experience will help but it is not essential
