About the Company:

Our client is Devon’s largest independent bus operator. Running services out of Newton Abbot, Exeter, Teignmouth, Totnes and Brixham, they have been helping their local community get from A to B since 1993. 

This is a great opportunity to join them as a Bus Mechanic and build on your existing expertise as part of a friendly and talented team.

Within a friendly and supportive work environment, you’ll play a key role in keeping our client’s vehicles on the road and ensuring that the people of Devon have access to great transport.  

Your Role:

As a Bus Mechanic, you will maintain our client’s fleet of vehicles to a high standard. 

Joining a small, close-knit team of four, you will work on buses in a high-quality, modern workshop with great facilities. The company’s fleet of vehicles range from a 16 seater through to an 80 seat double-decker.

What You Need: 

To be considered, you will need:

- Experience of working with PSVs or HGVs 
- A strong work ethic 
- A hands-on approach to problem-solving 
- The ability to work on your own initiative 
- A positive, ‘can do’ attitude
