This leading business IT Managed Services Provider based in Bromsgrove is looking for an amazing, creative marketing executive to own the marketing for the company. An ideal role to gain experience across a wide sector of B2B marketing.
Responsibilities:

Working closely with the commercial manager you'll be focused on creating amazing content in a variety of forms to grow the awareness of the company, help educate our audience, and generate sales leads.

- Responsible for the timely implementation of their Marketing Plan
- Create and manage great content that educates and attracts a qualified audience (including blog posts, whitepapers, eBooks, case studies, webinars, infographics, etc.) Converting that audience to leads for the sales team.
- Manage website including SEO (programming experience not required)
- Create, test and manage email campaigns.
- Monitor and engage in relevant social media/discussions about the company or industry.
- Manage events such as lunch and learns from creation to delivery.
- Collaborate with internal and external 3rd parties including product marketers, sales professionals, and external influencers / industry experts to produce relevant content that meets the needs of both key stakeholders and their audience.

Skills and Experience:
- Excellent communicator, both written and verbal, creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions.
- Impeccable writing and editing skills.
- An understanding of the importance of marketing and sales to a growing business and how the two disciplines integrate.
- Understand the basic best practices of the main social media channels, which content and approaches work on each and why.
- Understanding of SEO within the production of content
- Adobe Creative Suite.
- University degree in Marketing, or equivalent working experience.

Desirable
- Events management experience
- Proficiency in automation and lead nurturing techniques, in order to generate traffic, convert visitors into leads, and then nurture them (using dynamic workflows) into converted customers.
- Proficiency in web analytics software and keyword tools.
- Experience in PPC and paid social advertising.
