The Client: CEO

Our client is a major, international provider of funding solutions across a number of industries. They are the one of the largest and most successful businesses of their kind and are continuing to grow rapidly.

They have a fantastic reputation within the industry and hold an impressive, continuously-expanding, client base of FTSE businesses. Based in the heart of London, they are looking to recruit a driven, commercial CEO with a track record in delivering business growth. 

The Role: CEO

You will currently be a strong and dynamic CEO with a proven track record in leading a business to greater success. You will be an inspirational leader, with experience of managing a listed business ideally within the Financial Services space.

Responsibilities: CEO

• Manage the respective business unit heads, ensuring they deliver against target and unify processes across business units in line with business strategy
• Prepare a strategic business plan to deliver company growth and be prepared to be hands-on in working to achieve this
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with major customers, and key stakeholders or decision makers, representing the organisation in negotiations
• Monitor annual budget to ensure revenue flow is maximised and fixed costs are minimised
• Develop strategies, policies and procedures to enable the business to grow and that comply with statutory regulations

• You will come from a Financial House or Private equity backed organisation.

Skills & Experience required: CEO

• A proven track record of success, ideally with experience in a CEO role
• Experience of working in Financial Services; working in a financial house, private equity or VC backed company
• Commercial acumen with experience of delivering growth
• Good knowledge of the sector with a strong understanding of financial management and people management
• Articulate, pragmatic, with a vision and appetite to deliver

You may currently be a CEO, Group Managing Director, COO, Managing Director, CFO, Director, Partner, Managing Partner within the Financial Services industry.
