Kloeber UK Ltd is a successful, expanding supplier and installer of bespoke glazing products that is now seeking a highly organised Business Admin Manager with human resources experience to join its management team. Working in the company’s head office at Huntingdon, the position is full-time and permanent.

The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the company’s admin and will be able to prioritise and time manage successfully and be happy to make decisions, exercising good commercial judgement.  They will also take on HR and Health & Safety responsibilities for the company’s 70 staff and act as a PA for the two directors. Proven experience in these fields is required.

As a Business Admin Manager, your duties will include:

  • Preparation of information packs for board and management meetings.
  • Dealing with the company’s insurances, licenses and relevant certification.
  • Organisation of staff training courses, social events and assisting with corporate events (at showrooms).
  • Provision of PA/secretarial support to the company’s two directors.
  • Management of the company diary.
  • HR responsibility in conjunction with the company’s external consultants.
  • H&S responsibility in conjunction with the company’s external consultants, including the creation and upkeep of H&S documentation (Risk Assessment and Method Statements)

Applicants should be able to prove previous experience in the above along with relevant supporting qualifications. They should have previous management experience within their career history and be highly computer literate, being able to demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft programs (Outlook, Word, Excel & Powerpoint).  Experience in accounting would be an advantage but not essential.
