Associate Teacher in IT Communications
Salary: £20.77 (unqualified) or £24.03 (qualified) per hour
Our client is offering a fantastic opportunity to join their dedicated team of professionals and deliver outstanding teaching to the next generation of web designers.
They are looking to recruit a highly motivated individual to join the Media department and work within the Creative Arts and Service Industries department. Within this role you will teach on a variety of courses and will be contributing to the on-going development of this fast growing curriculum.
Your main roles will be to monitor and track the students' progress towards their qualification and carry out on assessments, support learners to build their portfolio of evidence and completing the relevant paperwork. You will also be required to attend standardisation meetings.
You must be IT literate with knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet skills. You will also have excellent communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to use your own initiative. You must be qualified to degree level and must be able to teach across L2 and L3 OCR qualifications.

The hourly rate as advertised is a range within the band and your appointment will be based upon your skills, experience and qualifications. The hourly rate includes an enhancement for annual leave and lesson preparation / marking.
