Based in Gloucester, covering the South East of England, the successful Business Development Executive will earn a salary of £24,000, plus bonus and a range of excellent benefits. As a Business Development Executive, you’ll take responsibility for managing the development of new and qualified business leads, nurturing all leads into sales opportunities and increasing the company’s already impressive client base. The successful Businesses Development Executive's core duties will include: Self-sourcing lead generation.

- Delivering all round excellent customer service and ensuring customers have a great experience
- Meeting prospective clients, building relationships, acting as an ambassador of the company
- Maintaining a sales pipeline and nurturing
- Presenting to clients on the services offered
- Negotiating and closing deals
- Giving advice and guidance on product selection to customers
- Proven ability to win new business and retain existing business.
- Must have had face to face client experience.
- Strong negotiation and presentational skills.
- Ability to book own appointments and close deals.
- Strong networking ability
- Full clean driving licence
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and spoken
