LOCATION: Long Sutton (near Spalding), Lincolnshire
JOB TITLE: Skilled Welders / Fabricators
SALARY & BENEFITS: Competitive dependent on previous experience
WORKING HOURS: Full Time plus available overtime - requires occasional weekend work
THE COMPANY: Our client based in Long Sutton, located between Spalding and Kings Lynn, have over 20 years experience in the food industry and are specialists in providing a range of products and services to their customers within the High Care Food Industry.
Due to increased growth there is now a great new opportunity for Skilled Welders / Fabricators to join their existing team. If you are a qualified or time served welder / fabricator with TIG / MIG welding experience and a valid UK Driving Licence then our client wants to hear from you now.
THE ROLE: You will be based at our clients site in Long Sutton (near Spalding), Lincolnshire where the main purpose of the role is to weld, fabricate and fit a range of equipment within the high care food production industries. You will be responsible in positioning, aligning, fitting and welding a range of parts and components by reading and interpreting CAD Technical Drawings.
THE CANDIDATE: For the Skilled Welders / Fabricators role candidates must either be a time served or qualified Welder with previous MIG / TIG Welding experience. You should be able to work well as part of a team and able to understand and interpret CAD technical drawings accurately. Although not essential candidates with experience in the food production industry will be at an advantage, but candidates with suitable welding experience or qualifications will still be considered. Due to the nature and location of the role it is essential you have a Valid UK Driving Licence and use of your own vehicle, and are flexible and able to work occasional weekends and overtime.
Key Experience/ Characteristics preferred for the Skilled Welders / Fabricators role in Long Sutton (near Spalding), Lincolnshire :-
Must be a time served or qualified Welder with suitable experience
MIG / TIG Welding experience essential
Driving Licence and use of own vehicle is essential
Previous experience within the Food Industry would be desirable
