Are you computer literate and comfortable using new software? 
Are you organised and able to remain calm in a busy environment?
Are you flexible and willing to undertake holiday and sickness cover at short notice? 

Do you live within a twenty minute commute of the practice?

If you have answered yes to all the above and you have an empathy with pet owners, then you may be just who we are looking for to join our friendly team covering our busy reception.

Person Specification

The successful candidate will also have proven customer service experience ideally gained in a reception environment. 

The core hours for this position are Monday 9-14:00, Tuesday 16:00-19:00, Wednesday 16:00-19:00 and 1:4 Saturdays 09:00-18:00. There may also be the opportunity to cover extra shifts during the week.

Salary range £7.50-£8.75 per hour depending on experience
