We are recruiting for a Customer Service Representative for our Northampton based client. We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Customer Service Professional.
If you are passionate about educating customers about how to get the most from a service then this role is for you!
You will be working for a fast growing and successful business in Northampton, ensuring memorable and dedicated support to every client.
About You:
Excellent rapport and communication skills
Experience in eCommerce
Enthusiastic to keep clients happy
Excellent customer service skills
Understanding (basic) of technology
Excellent problem solving skills
A willingness to go above and beyond
A positive attitude and high energy level
Main Duties:
On-boarding and training new clients
Answering day to day support tickets
Ensuring processes and procedures are followed
Dealing with product and system support enquiries
Making calls to clients to develop and build relationship
