Do you want to play a key role in a fast growing company, where you aren't just a number and can build your career? Are you able to turn data into insight which drives strategic decisions? Can you manage multiple projects and effectively prioritise? If so, you might be a great fit for this company and vice versa.

Their vision is to be the world's best partner for companies looking to improve employee engagement. They strive to help improve the working lives of millions of people around the world.

Since they were founded in 2011, they have grown at least 40% every year and our client base already includes blue-chip companies like McDonald's, O2 and the Financial Times.

Following external investment, they are opening a new office in Milton Keynes and developing a market-leading employee feedback platform.

As part of a newly created role, you'll work closely with consultants to deliver employee feedback projects; be responsible for analysing their results and provide recommendations about how companies can improve.

What you'll be doing…
- Building online surveys
- Mapping organisation structures
- Managing complex databases
- Building survey dashboards and reports
- Responding to queries from survey participants
- Analysing feedback and developing insight-led presentations
- Implementing non-client-facing projects like improving internal processes and helping to test software changes

What you need…
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects at a time
- Strong understanding of relational databases, data analysis and reporting
- Ability to turn raw data into insight
- Ability to communicate complex analysis in a structured way to which non-analysts understand

Desirable…
- 2 years+ experience within an analytical role
- A bachelor's degree

This is a demanding and equally rewarding position - you will have the opportunity to grow and make a lasting difference to both the company and their clients.

The salary and package includes:
- Salary: £25,000-£32,000 (depending on experience)
- 24 days' holiday plus bank holidays and your birthday off
- Company pension
- Regular team events and socials
- Excellent career prospects within a fast growing company
- Personalised training and development budget

They are eager to find the very best talent for this role. Please send your CV.

Interviews will take place in August.

They look forward to hearing from you.
