We have an exciting potential development opportunity to join our Customer Delivery team. Working in an established team who focus on delivering excellent customer service through enhancing relationships with different areas of the business, supporting and understanding priorities and using a customer focused mind set with all tasks.

Main responsibilities

You will be responsible for the set up of new letters or documents that touch our customers and also third party businesses who we engage with. This will also include amendments and any other wider project work where our customer communication support is needed.

Communicating with different business areas is key to helping us understand the business priorities. Whilst building and maintaining working relationships with the different areas you will also become an expert in reviewing customer letters ensuring they have not only met our regulatory requirements but follow our customer centric approach ensuring outcomes are right and appropriate for our customers.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

Working to process, procedures and policies is essential in this position. To be successful in this role you must have strong attention to detail and able to demonstrate good communication skills, both written and verbal.

You will also have:

  • Experience of delivering excellent customer service
  • Good Microsoft office skills particularly in Word
  • Experience of effectively meeting deadlines
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships both within the team and the wider business
