We have an excellent opportunity for 4 talented and ambitious graduates to join a graduate scheme in a successful FTSE 250 Company. You will have 4 placements, each with different challenges to excel in, each lasting 6 months. You can expect considerable support on your journey to a leadership role including:

There are two sections to the Graduate Management Scheme: 

Flight Services – an exciting, fun and fast moving VIP service business


This division of the business provide VIP services to Business & Private Jet VIP customers. We are a global Company and in our European region we have 28 locations – London, Milan, Paris, Luton, Manchester, Cape Town and Athens to name a few. Our local culture is focused on amazing delivery to the customer and business growth – whilst having fun of course! 

The scheme will commence at our flagship, stunning London Luton Airport FBO – here you will work in the Operations and Customer Service teams and also gain some exposure to our operations. In year two you will spend time in some of our smaller bases in the UK, where you will focus on supporting management in the daily operation, as well as gain an understanding of the organisation and running of a team. At one of the placements you will also be focusing on actively attracting new customers - a great opportunity to test your sales technique.

Aerospace Aftermarket and Manufacturing - a collaborative partnership with an industry leader

This division of the business is the leading global provider of original equipment manufacturer (OEM) -pedigree parts and maintenance, repair operations services for legacy aerospace platforms. We partner with are one of the world’s leading independent repair and overhaul organisations, specialising in handling small to medium sized turbine and turbofan aero engines, APUs and engine accessories.

In this partnership scheme you will spend time in Cheltenham and Portsmouth. If you impress, you may well get the opportunity to visit the global sites in various locations. In your two years in this scheme you will gain exposure to critical business areas, both operational and commercial in focus. The scheme is designed to give you an excellent foundation for a leadership role.

Please note that assessment days for this scheme will be held on Thursday 27th July and Tuesday 1st August. The start date for the graduate scheme is Tuesday 29th August.
