Trainee Oven Cleaner

We are looking for someone to join our team, as an oven cleaner, on a full time basis. You will be given full training and taught how to clean domestic ovens to a very high standard using our techniques and methods. After a probationary period, if successful, you will be out on the road, in a van that is provided for you, working for customers in the local area carrying out the service we've shown you.

The job is quite physical, so you need to be fit, and you're likely to get grubby! But the customer's reaction to our fantastic standards is very rewarding and you'll leave each job feeling proud of what you've achieved.

You will be paid per job that you do. Typically time will allow you to do 2 to 3 jobs a day and this will give an annual wage of around £16,000 (plus overtime on Saturdays). Once you are "up to speed", there will also be the opportunity of overtime during busy periods. You will get 28 days per year annual holiday (to include bank holidays and some time to be taken over the Christmas period).

Our van insurance requires that you are at least 25 years old, have 3 years driving experience and hold a full, clean, UK driving license. Van supplied.

You should be self-motivated, reliable, practical, flexible, physically fit, and be able to work to a daily schedule. As we work in customer’s homes and occasionally schools, you must be prepared to undergo a Criminal Records Bureau check.

Our working week is typically Monday - Friday 8:30 - 17:30. Overtime opportunities will also be available which can increase annual salary to around £20,000.
