Head of Education - for an Online Training Company

This fast-growing and successful online training company in the holistic health and wellness industry, is looking for a talented Head of Education to join their friendly, supportive and passionate team.

They are seeking a dynamic, professional person, a senior level Head of Education with at least 3 years experience.

For this role you will have a proven track record in a senior position at an educational institute be it a College, University or online training provider.

You will have experience in curriculum design and a deep understanding of the ways in which exciting course content helps people to engage and learn more.

They need someone with experience in getting course materials accredited with different governing bodies, handling the whole process from making sure the course content meets the accreditation requirements to completing the paperwork and attending the accreditation visits.

As the Head of Education you will have a passion for making sure that our online courses are the best in the market and bring with you experience of how we can continually improve to stay ahead of the competition.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Editing existing course curriculum to meet accreditation requirements
- Dealing with accreditation bodies, handling the whole process to get courses accredited. This includes the paperwork and Centre visits.
- Bring forward creative ideas and concepts for courses
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Create partnerships with other educational institutes in order for us to sell their courses to our learners

Skills required:

- A strong record of getting training materials accredited
- A strong record in creating course materials for training organizations
- A persuasive and confident approach to creativity
- Excellent communication skills
- A keen attention to detail and ability to stick to timescales
- A1 Assessor Award or Verifier qualification advantageous
