Graduate Vendor Support Executive
We are SCC - Specialist Computer Centres - Europe's leading IT services organisation .
Owing to continued growth and demand for our services we now have an exciting career opportunity for a talented individual to join our vendor support team based at our Bracknell sales office .
The role :
• Support the partner managers in management and operational responsibility for a major strategic vendor partner .
• Engage with clients following new licensing/renewal purchase to understand proposed use of product ; explain the customer's entitlements and how SCC can assist .
• Run pipeline calls and produce pipeline forecasts by partner .
• Liaise with our professional services teams for further client engagement .
• Engage with internal operations to enable payments .
• Collect and provide partner performance measurement and management
• Engage with our field and internal sales teams to facilitate qualification of business opportunities .
Skills, knowledge & Experience:
* Ideally graduate level education
* Commercial experience gained in a business to business environment .
* Experience working for an IT reseller , distributor or manufacturer would be advantageous but not essential .
* Looking for a real career oportunity .
* Excellent communication and interpesonal skills
* A keen interest in business and IT
* A real desire to learn and ability to absorb information and training .
