A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Business Partner to join the world’s largest producer of printing inks and pigments.
This HR Business Partner role will allow the successful applicant to manage the HR activities in a region within the UK and Ireland to ensure that a professional and valued service is offered to internal customers.
Position Summary
This HR Business Partner role is a stand-alone role with a high degree of independence, however, you will work as part of the wider HR team.
You will have responsibility for:
• Managing employee relations within the region, ensuring that effective performance management is demonstrated and that managers are supported in gaining value from their teams;
• Managing business change effectively and ensuring that restructuring is completed on time and to budget
• Supporting and managing specific HR projects as they arise
Who are we looking for?
The successful candidate will be a team player with great communication and interpersonal skills. Possessing the ability to operate at different levels within the organisation you will have strong influencing and persuading skills. With good analytical and problem-solving skills, you will be self-motivated with drive, initiative and determination.
Additionally, you will have the required experience to thrive in this role, including;
• Experience in dealing with re-structuring and TUPE regulations
• Experience in designing and delivering people initiatives to drive continuous improvement
• Coaching and mentoring skills
• Proven HR Management experience (CIPD qualified)
• Full, clean driving licence is essential for this role as UK and Ireland travel will be required
