B&T Associates Ltd are a leading distributor of LED lighting to the commercial and industrial sectors nationally via all leading electrical wholesalers. We have immediate vacancies a Sales Office Manager based in our busy and expanding sales office at our site in Manby, Lincolnshire

Job Title - Sales Office Manager
Location - Manby, Louth, Lincolnshire, LN11 8UT
Hours - Mon-Thurs 8.00 - 5.00pm, Fri 8.00 - 3.00pm
Salary - Competitive salary and bonus OTE, depending on skills and experience

Key responsibilities:

• Coaching, inspiring and motivating a sales team
• Ensuring the team meets the sales targets
• Sales training, development, and performance management
• Developing sales strategies to guarantee success and growth
• Regular reporting of KPI’s to directors 
• Keeping to targets and managing KPI’s
• Good data analytical skills, and use them to improve team performance
• Experience in recruiting new staff
• Ability to train the sales team on new products and sales techniques

You are the right candidate for this role if you have:

• Telesales experience 
• Experience managing a team
• Able to implement daily structure for the team
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
• Ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks at any given time
