Customer Service Advisor - The Company:
Our client, a market leadingand driven organisation are looking to expand their team based in the Leicester. They are looking for passionate Customer ServiceAdvisor's to join their motivated team and reflect their outstanding company values.
Customer Service Advisor- The Opportunity:
This rolewill involve answering calls from customer's, you willmanagecommunications, as thisis the chief responsibility of a Customer Service Advisor. You will work to provide quality customer service, while increasing the company's revenues through link and cross selling when appropriate.
This role will also require you to use email to inform and receive instruction and deal with emails relating to queries. You should also ensure performance targets and KPI's are met. In addition you will be required to ensure compliance to all relevant statutory duties under the Health and Safety at Work Act.
Customer Service Advisor - About you - Skills/Experience/Qualifications:
- You should be IT literate with good technology skills and excellent keyboard skills.
- You will have good decision making skills and great problem solving skills, with the ability to deal with people.
- It is desired that you have excellent proficiency and navigation skills around a PC in order to successfully and accurately input information onto the company's database.
- You should be customer focused and portray fantastic customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent telephone manner is an essential.
- It is desired that you are professional, consistent and flexible.
