Quantity Surveyor - Dryling, ceilings and Partitions

We are a well respected specialist dryling, suspended ceilings and partitioning contractor based in the North West

We are looking for a QS who can join the firm immediately to deliver and help expand the current pipeline.

The candidate will be involved in various projects with differing clients based throughout the UK and duties will involve the following:

Managing all commercial aspects of the project

Producing Monthly valuations and applications.

Completing pricing and quotations.

Working closely with the contract managers with regards to material and sub-contractor procurement.

Managing variation to contracts.

Preparing monthly commercial reports.
