Test Analyst - Birmingham
Duties and Responsiblities
* To prepare test scenarios and scripts in a structured way, using a risk based test approach
* To produce effective test cases that support the completion of a requirements trace-ability matrix
* To attend workshops comprising business and or technical representatives
* To cover test-dependent activities such as requirement verification, prioritisation and test scenario identification
* To source and produce required test data
* To provide input into test plans
* To identify, record and analyse defects
* To maintain accuracy and completeness of test documentation
* To provide input to define test environment requirements
Essintial Experience
* Hands on demonstrable experience within a structured testing role as part of a delivery environment that supports Waterfall and V-Model (desirable - Agile)
* Proven experience of testing techniques and the ability to provide creative solutions to optimise test analysis/design in projects
* Application lifecycle management / defect tool experience (i.e. VSTS/TFS)
* Financial services experience
* Hands On Experience of Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Qualifications required
* ISTQB / ISEB Testing - foundation level
