Salary: Up to £32,392.20 per annum (starting salary subject to qualifications and experience)

12 Month Fixed Term Contract (Maternity Cover) – 36.25 hours per week

Housingrecruit.com is currently advertising for a HR Shared Services Team Leader on behalf of our client, a leading social housing provider based in Boston.

The HR Department is looking for an enthusiastic HR Shared Services Team Leader to join the team at the beginning of September 2017 on a temporary basis for up to 12 months to cover a period of maternity leave. Reporting into the HR Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing the HR Shared Services team ensuring they provide an efficient, quality driven customer focused service.

Ideally, you will have: -

  • Either a CIPD Graduate level qualification or equivalent / proven experience
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • IT report writing and statistical analysis skills
  • Good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience of managing a team in a fast-paced multi-site environment
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise effectively and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
  • Efficient and well-organised with good time management and planning skills
  • An ability to act with professionalism, discretion and sensitivity
  • Enthusiastic, positive attitude
