This highly successful and well thought of firm is looking for advisor support who will slot into a dynamic team and use a blend of past experience and first class organisational skill to offer support to Advisers in a number of key areas.

While you will need to demonstrate the ability to juggle priorities in this busy and varied role, as well draw from your planning and administration skills, the company will support you through examinations to take your career within the sector to an even more exciting stage.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide the Advisers with support in all areas.
- Deal with client queries
- Product, provider and fund research
- Processing new business
- Diary Management
- Processing reports and advisory letters
- Filing and Archiving
- General Administration

You must have:

- Past experience within Financial Services, preferably an IFA environment
- Strong organisational skills
- Knowledge of IT Systems - Outlook, Word and Excel
- Any Admin / Business Qualifications an advantage
- The ability to prioritise workloads
- Excellent Communication Skills
