As a Customer Service Assistant you will provide and maintain an effective, efficient and comprehensive information service, enquiry and post room service for students living in all Student Accommodation.

You will be IT proficient – ECDL/OCR(RSA) or equivalent. Have a working experience of MS Office or similar and good communication skills.

You will have experience of quality customer service delivery, giving information and advice and effective time management skills.

The hours are Monday, Tuesday and Friday, 2pm to 8.00pm. The salary quoted against the salary band on the UWE website is that of a 37 hour week (full time).

This post requires an enhanced DBS clearance. This post is not available on a job share basis.
