We believe in championing the right of disabled people to live, work, socialise and participate in the community, free of discrimination and unnecessary boundaries.</span><br><br><strong><span style="font-size: small">Who we are looking for</span></strong></p><p><span style="font-size: small">We are looking for Support Workers to join us on a part-time basis supporting a lady with Autism to socialise within the Princes Risborough. If you an individual who is passionate about providing consistent, professional support then this is the role for you. Ideally we are looking for someone who is dedicated to the role and will stay with the person we support for a long time. </span></p><p>Drivers with access to their own vehicle as essential for this position and experience in working with people with Autism would be highly desirable. </p><p><strong><span style="font-size: small">What we need from you</span></strong></p><p><span style="font-size: small">You need compassion, integrity and to treat people with dignity and respect. You need to be reliable because people are depending on you, be able to travel between locations and work flexibly, including evenings, weekends and overnight as needed.
