Internal Business Development Executive

Internal Business Development Executive required for successful and growing training and development company (competitive salary, commission & great working environment)

Our client provides Sales Training and Telemarketing Services to the SME market. Due to the success of their newly opened Telemarketing Division, they are looking to recruit an experienced Internal Business Development Executive to join their team

The principal responsibilities of the role are:

• To undertake telesales/telemarketing campaigns
• To carry out telesales/telemarketing assignments for new and existing clients
• To source new business for The Sales Manager telemarketing division
• To attend networking events and business exhibitions to promote the services of

The successful candidate will have:

• Proven track record within an outbound telesales, telemarketing or sales role
• Successful achieved the KPI's and targets set for them
• Strong customer service and customer relationship building skills
• The ability to work on their own and be self-motivated
• Regularly used a CRM system as well as Word, Excel and Outlook

This is not a typical telemarketing role! You will work with your own accounts and have developed a working relationship that means you become an extension of our client's business. You are not working from scripts but will have the ability to use your own style and approach to achieve results. For this role, think Internal Account Manager rather than Telemarketer!
